Developing a financial plan to support funding for new assets and implementation of major new contract.
This client was an SME that had just won a major contract and needed support in implementation and obtaining funding for new assets.
Working through the pricing documentation and assumptions, and with the hands on MD, we created a forecast model that demonstrated the outlook for the business once the new operation was up and running.
During implementation the design of the operation was reviewed in order to react to changes in the customer’s business profile and a new pay agreement was put in place to align costs more closely with variations in revenue.
The financial forecasts supported successful fund raising and alternative providers were evaluated.
